師資隊伍

蛋白質組學研究是後基因組時代最前沿和最熱點的研究領域之一,其在生物組織樣品具有組成復雜🫵🏽✊、濃度動態範圍寬的特點🧖🏽♀️⚆。針對這一問題,多年來我們在二維高效液相色譜分離系統的研發方面開展了系列工作🤏🏿。開發了從肽段🚌、蛋白質到蛋白質復合物的大規模高通量的分離分析方法🖐🏼。並進一步發展多種復合材料對多種蛋白質的翻譯後修飾(糖基化、磷酸化👮🏼、棕櫚酰化等)進行了富集分離以及定性定量分析。
研究表明循環腫瘤細胞(CTCs)被視為癌症研究的標誌物,它與癌症的擴散和轉移密切相關,發展針對CTCs的液體活檢技術對於癌症的早期診斷與治療具有決定性的意義♛。為此,我們進行了系列研究🕷,開發多種用於CTC捕獲的材料與方法,同時研發了多種高靈敏度的檢測方法(SERS、MALDI等技術)。
在外泌體的分離分析方面開發的一系列研究方法👨🏼🚒🧑🦰,研究了具有不同大小的亞組。不同亞組的外泌體在細胞間交流扮演者不同的角色,了解這種尺寸的異質性有助於我們對外泌體更深層次的理解。進一步研究基於指紋圖譜的人工智能用於癌症診斷。
